By accessing or using NotionTrend ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Use of the Service
NotionTrend provides market intelligence and trend analysis for Notion template creators. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Service to collect data for competing products or services.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at hello@notiontrend.com.
4. Subscription & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your Account Settings. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, algorithms, and data provided through the Service are the proprietary property of NotionTrend. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Market data is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice. NotionTrend does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any data.
7. Limitation of Liability
NotionTrend shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months.
